Data Accuracy

If you notice a plan with incorrect pricing, a broken EFL link, or missing provider information, let us know. We refresh data daily, but edge cases happen.

Feature Requests

Want to see a new filter, a different comparison view, or additional market data? We're actively building and welcome suggestions.

Provider Inquiries

We include every licensed REP in Texas. If your company's data is outdated or incorrectly represented, reach out and we'll investigate.

Advertising

For advertising inquiries, please include "Advertising" in the subject line. Note: ad placements do not influence plan rankings.

What We Can't Help With

GridWise Audit is a comparison tool, not an electricity provider. We cannot:

  • Enroll you in an electricity plan (use the provider's sign-up link directly)
  • Resolve billing disputes with your current provider
  • Report power outages (contact your TDU or call 911 for emergencies)
  • Provide personalized plan recommendations (visit WattTrim for Smart Meter-based analysis)

Report an Issue with the PUC

If you believe a provider is engaging in deceptive practices, you can file a formal complaint with the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) at puc.texas.gov or by calling 1-888-782-8477.
