Lubbock Power and Light is the newest addition to the Texas deregulated electricity market, giving Lubbock residents the ability to choose their electricity provider.
TDU delivery charges are set by the Public Utility Commission of Texas and are the same regardless of which retail electricity provider, or REP, you choose. Only the energy rate portion of your bill changes between plans.
